need help with fabricating a crossmember
Does anybody know where to get radius rods. Or a way to use the stock ones but with spherical bearings. I know Beau has made some crossmembers and i just need to know where to get the rods and/or rod ends and attach them. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks, David

do you have access to a lathe? you can get rod ends from mcmaster-carr. there are quite a few different ways to do this. i have made my own. email me if you would like pics. aaronweir@cogeco.ca

Why don't you just post them up on newbieforces and link em here? I'm sure quite a few of us would like to see your handy work. Even better if you do a little blurb about how you made them.

Re:need help with fabricating a crossmember
I like challenges and i can weld, so i am up for it. I dont have access to a lathe but i found i few places for rod ends but still not sure about the rods. I think i'll have to fab the crossmember and measure the length of rod ill need. My roommates cousin is a sprint car racer so i think he'll be able to help me. Aaron, if you dont post up the pics please send them to Vtecshmave@hotmail.com
