Oh, I thought it was still running. Still impressive though. I'm sure it would still be running if it weren't for the valve.

yeah, who cares if it overheats every 1/8th mile, it gets there FAST cause you're running 46lbs of boost....

Well if folks have some bare blocks and a few heads there willig to donate to the cuase im very interested. just let me know what shipping a few bad blocks would cost. Anyways it would be ok if the cylinder walls were torn up. were gonna be playing with locating the cylinder. if we get one inm reasonably repairable shape we might be looking for a high boost car to test in.

Also whats the going rate on sleeving. Machinist was looking to do a group buy. anybody intrested ?

well link me a few competitive prices. Ive watched this guy sleeve 7 v8's and 8 other engines in the last 2 weeks. his work is impeciable. I think wed be going with darton.

As for the locating the bore thing. Yeah were definetly looking for a fix ( inexspenvie ) but stable. There are a few new options on the table since weve had a few more hrs to think about it.

So i still need a few bad blocks and a few bad heads. the stuff can be nearly destroyed but must have at least on good cylinder in each head. that about it. in fact we will gladly take compeltey bare cylinder heads.

As for the group buy get me some prices together. Pics of work. well i dont think any picture can show 0.0001 of clesarance. But i personally swear by this guy. he does all my machine work. And belive me i put him thru his paces.

on a good note. first pulls on the engine dyno tonight were encouraging. made with a accord 1988 a20a 350hp at 6500 rpm with a s60 turbo; bad news is i need a bigger compressor housing. oh well.

actually this is the low power motor. the bad ass motors are still ebing built. saving money for the turbo right now.

As for dyno graphs. why post them. i can make them look real like anybody else can. if you want to come to detriot ill take you for a spin in the car or strap it to a chassis dyno if you dont belive me.
