its because they dont have the instinct to hunt, they tend to just sit there and wait for someone to drop a live mouse in front of them so they can snap it up, as apposed to snakes that are actually wild who go out and hunt,

as for the hand, it looks nasty as hell..but atleast you didnt cut those fingers right off.

yea lucky those fingers are still on there. I watched that sicko movie and the only thing I really learned was that fingers are expensive to put back on.
