My project thread.
This is the history of my Civic from end to beginning:
The manifold is schedule 40 mild steel. Nothing fancy just simple
I heat wrapped the manifold, the turbo is a T3. Don't mind the welds in
the downpipe, this collector was molested more times than I can count.
oil drain
JRC 8 inch intercooler.
All and all its nothing fancy. This has to be the lowest dollar turbo kit I've built.
Manifold: $20 for pipe $25 for flanges
Turbo: T3 .42/.48 $50
BOV: 2G DSM $15
Oil Lines: $20
Intercooler: JRC 8 inch $195
piping and couplings: $30
Total: $355 dollars
My last turbo kit I tried for big HP:
3.5 inch downpipe.
front facing turbo
T3/T4 .60 compressor .63 turbine 57 trim Tyrus 8.5 inch intercooler
Greddy Type-S BOV
Custom manifold
3.5 inch downpipe
38mm Tial wastegate
uberdata
DSM 450's
plx m300 wideband
And the kit before that was the fun one which was the most controversial the TT kit:
It was a fun kit to build, was pretty cheap and fun. Yeah it had some lag but all and all it was decent.
The original plan was to run nitrous. I had a 100shot Nitrous express direct port.
The car came along way since when I first got the thing and it was ready for a junkyard:
Because mice chewed up most of the wiring I had to rewire the entire car to OBD1
I think it turned out pretty decent:

Re: My project thread.
I don't know what flashy lights your talking about, all there is is an ignition, timing control, boost controller, and AFC. These are some components of a running car, one day in the distant future around the year 2241a.d. when project Stealth Shuttle is more than a perfectly good car that you molested and turned it into a theft recovery theme, you might have flashy lights also.
