Intercooler is 30x7x2.5 with 2.5" inlet/outlets. The fog lights got in the way of the charge pipes (which I don't have yet).
I kept the black plastic there in hopes to hide the intercooler without having to paint the intercooler black.
Windsheild washer tank i'm going to try and modify so I can keep it and sneak the charge pipe by it, i'll make a new topic if I manage to make that work without wrecking the windsheild washer tank.

you don't need a washer bottle in washington, that's what the rain is for. I took my wipers off so I could be cool like my brother with no wipers. it's a good thing that it never rains here in the desert, I'd have to stick my head out the window.

I had a BW2 fiberglass hood with no washer squirters, so every where we went i would just throw a cup of water on the windshield. also cut the grill back so every one can see your intercooler and know who the man is.

lol no wipers=weight reduction! i have a friend with a jetta who took his off b/c he didnt wanna replace a motor on one, he said regrets it now.
just tear the whole washer system out, you dont need that, unless you wanna save it for an intercooler sprayer system...

How was Todd from Overblown motorsports? I e-mailed him a week or so ago about an intercooler and didnt hear back yet. Did you transaction go smoothly? How was the quality? You can't beat his intercoolers for the price though. TIA!
