my ipod is fux0rd, can anybody help me?
it freezes my computer any time i plug it in, then it goes back to normal when i unplug it. im not to bothered with having to reconfigure it, but i have 200 purchased songs on it that i do not want to lose. a few months ago i used ephpod to back everything up on a computer at work and delete it from itunes, so now all the files are just sitting in a folder and i cannot get them to reload into itunes.
does anyone know how to get these files back on my ipod when i cannot even access them on the computer?

a few, same results. i just got a chance to dip into the broadcast studio and try it on that computer because that is where i did most of my ipod related activities. it worked, i fired up ephpod and there was all my ----. now im confused as to why it's freezing other computers.

my buddy matt who works at the downtown seattle apple store is in ipod customer support, if its frezing ur comp it could be that the hard drive in the ipod needs to be reformatted for various reasons causing a runtime error

well, the computer it works on suggested an update of my ipod software, so i opted for the one that didn't reformat and then it told me to plug it into the wall, and it will not operate, so when i get home ill try pluggin it in, see what happens
