This is my FUCKED UP day
I just got fucked in the *** hard with no lube on a cold day.
So even tho I've been fighting my first run with serious migraines all weekend, I decided it was time to try to get back to work.
I stayed pretty well drugged up, still in pain, and very nauseated, but I made it through the day.
Not 5 miles toward home a cop randomly cuts traffic and stops me.
Tells me my license is suspended. wtf?
I have a letter sitting on my desk right now saying I have til 1-29-2005 til my license is suspended unless I pay my fine and file an SR-22. Both of which are long since already done. This was all taken care of last December, around the 20th.
BUT EVEN THO THE LETTER SAYS 1-29-2005 WHICH HAS NOT COME YET AND I ALREADY DID MY PART, my car is now in impound, and I was left on the side of the road 30 miles from home in the freezing *** cold. "you're free to go" GO WHERE *********?!?!
I hate this state, I hate it.
So if I want my car back, its $100 THAT SURPRISE I DONT HAVE. plus I have to get someone else to drive it outta there, my license is gone, so I'll probably have to repay instatement fees if I can even get this all sorted out, and it cost me like $30 to get home. I also have to go in front of Sherwoods judge on 2-11-2005 and try to convince him that this is unjust.
I know I made my mistake through the things that caused me to need the sr-22 and to pay a no insurance ticket, but I didn't have alot of choice, and I made my decision then, and I paid my consequences. I'm not even angry, I cant even describe my feelings right now.
I don't really blame the cop, he had an obligation to do what he did. I am a little curious as to why he chose to out of the blue while sitting on the side of a congested road where I was 15mph UNDER the speed limit in traffic to run my plates. Probably because I was the lowered honda civic in the pack of cars. Small town cops, go figure.
If I cant get this solved through them fixing these mistakes, I guess it would make sense for me to talk to a lawyer about filing a suit. First I have to find out if both the County and the DMV are responsible for this or just the DMV.
If it comes to a lawsuit I'll make it as big as I can, I even got a receipt from the cab driver, and I am sure my boss would be happy to write a statement of wages lost.

50 in 40 (pace) cant read it looks like $111
total bulshit the loser nerd cop said he paced me but all he did is almost rear end me and pull me over. after he passed me when i left my work and then out of nowhere pulled me over 10 miles down the road.
saw my empty pistol case on the seat and went compltely ape ---- and searched me and made me do all that ----, all the while i was screaming at him obsenities and everything in the book. he is yellin wheres the gun wheres the gun!!! im like YOU STUPID ---- I WENT SHOOTING YESTERDAY ITS NOT IN THERE.
anyways my car got towed. if anything is missing or my car had been hell ran i will tear apart the tow companies office.
$240 to pay old ticket
(ticket for seatbelt not working, WHILE I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET IT FIXED, judge wouldnt drop it)
$90 to get new license
whatever its going to cost to get my car out... coupe hundred im sure. + $30 "fee" to get car out
---- the government, ---- the police, ---- polititions, ---- fat bitch liberal scumbag law makers who make up phoney laws to get MY MONEY. (as if i dont pay enough in taxes)
police/law/government is corrupt and i hope some day a terrorist will blow up a nuke and marshal law gets declared, because normal people could realize their revenge.

Damn, that sucks.
The courthouse fucked me over like that once. I got a no insurance ticket, brought the insurance in and had it dismissed. A few months later I find out I have a suspended license for not taking care of the no proof of insurance ticket.
