My 6 puck was used when I got it and it was a nasty mother ******. Unsprung is a bit of a **** to drive in traffic, but it held up pretty well. I didn't even surface the fucked up flywheel and I used a stock pressure plate. I'm sure I was only pushing 200whp or so, but still.....

glad to see it worked out for you. one big thing is with a lightened flywheels is that its easier to stall out since it has less momentum as the heavier stock flywheel.

It's just part of being a man.

It takes some getting used to, but when you put your foot down you can trust it's going to the wheels. Alot of people tell me that after around 5k miles the transition begins to smooth out, probably a little of that has to do with them getting used to it. I wouldn't know though, my first clutch went on a motor that only lasted 4k miles, and cheap **** has been running for 2 days and I'm already filling the cabin with smoke. Ahh, the smell of coolant burning.

Do any of you guys have a 6puck unsprung on a DD? I should have ballpark 300whp on an unsprung with a stock resurfacd flywheel. Will I always be taking my girls car everywhere or will it be alright for atleast stoplights and some light hills?

It'll be fine. It's his first day with the clutch. He's overreacting.

Not to mention he's worse off than most by having the lightend flywheel on there too.

I used an unsprung on a D. It was a dirty ****. I loved it. Stop and go traffic sucks ***, but that always sucks anyways.

lsd clutches are good ---- imo. my teg used the 285 ft/lb clutch sprung 6 puck, it held well.

now i have mikes extrmeme clutch of some ---- rated to 400 ft/lbs. the pressure plate isnt liek the other one, its a beefy *** ----------er, cant wait to rip it.
