Joking around or not, I was right. To this day, I don't know what your dad is really accused of, haven't looked into it, and don't care to look into it. The only thing I care about is making you cry at night.
Oh, and if you love your dad, then YOU'RE a terrorist sympathizer too. :1

There's a few weird inconsistencies in the case with the data form where they said Padilla had signed to join an al-quida training camp. The undercover CIA officer who showed up in disguise in the court room said an Afghani rebel who opposed the taliban's rule brought a literal truck bed full of documents to the CIA quarters that this officer was stationed at in Afghanistan and this Afghani brought these documents on his own accord without any cooperation or communication to the CIA officers. Sort of like a good Samaritan act. What's inconsistent with this, if you can't already tell, is why does some Joe Shmoe afghani dick weed know where the the CIA has outposts stationed in Afghanistan? Especially containing officers with an identity so secret that they have to show up to court incognito. Another problem with the CIA officers testimony, is the fact that he actually remembers the exact binder, page and document that had Jose Padilla's fingerprints on the training form, when it was stated and proven in court that the officer could not even read or speak Arabic. Kind of strange to remember an exact document/form/binder when it's in a language you don't understand and it's sitting in the back of a truck with hundreds of other documents.

Re: my dads a terrorist
and thats just one of thousands of holes in the god damned testimony
one other example when they had the translators one lady whos arabic was asked if hassoun was a joking man she said yes and he made jokes all the time constantly flipping dialects just for fun and going on and on and on jokingly and she was blushing the whole time cause shes heard this guys voice and never seen em
then the other translator comes on and she learned arabic as opposed to being arabic took it in school and when she was asked if hassoun had a joking personality she painted him as being bi polar and a nutcase
