Yeah, realtors did an excellent job of hyping up the market out here. If you can see any part of the lake at any part of the lot they call it a lake view and add $25k to the price because it's just worth that much. :S It's sickening to think about how many people made MILLIONS buying lots for ~$2500-$5k years ago and held onto them to sell for $200k each. :S Nothing is selling now though.
