Defintely. First thing I am getting is an alarm that works (might be able to fix my current alarm though), and I will be disabling my car quite a few ways everytime I park it.

you guys gotta remember this Ryan Champ guy has been on the run and has been couch hopping for over the last year. so he's kind of hard to track down. the only way is if one of us local people around here runs into him on the street or somewhere. Actually I took the dumptube off a while ago. I also didn't check that close for my mitt, so it could be way under the seat.

Oh and you can add the cd player to that list. I guess they didn't want my sweet ass stock speakers?

Wow what a toutching story, I cant imagine how happy you are to get it back. DAMN he did a shitty job of stealing a car tho, you would think it would be stripped down a lil more than that. But then again I guess he got what he wanted. You should scare the ---- out of him when he's not suspecting it, show up with clubs and ----, then post a video of him crying to his mommy.

Yeah they aren't very smart people. They steal the custom turbo parts that aren't worth very much and leave the $1,000 tranny. I have no clue what they were doing way out in the woods and why the car was just left there untouched. This whole thing is just weird. I'd like to find out what the hell they were thinking, but I got my car back so that is all that matters.

Yeah mycrx is right. the cops won't do ---- because now that you have the car back they have no proof of who stole it. it's your word against theirs.
I know because i had a dirtbike stolen about four years ago and I found it and got it back in about the same way it just took longer. It was hidden in the woods leaning against a tree under a tarp for about six months.

anyway the three guys that were in on stealing didn't get in any trouble at all because i went and got it back m,yself without the cops. The police said nobody saw them do it and ever since I got it back myself they never found it as stolen property in the posession of the thieves.

Same ---- happened to my old room-mate. He had to go searching for his bike and when he found the kid who took it...guess what? Yeah, they couldn;t do ----. ::) We had a witness that saw the shithead riding the dirtbike and imagine that, his mother even told the cops he was a very good dirtbike rider and could ride 500's when he was 10. The police didn't beleive the kid could ride a 250 at his size. ::) Not to mention he had a garage full of dirtbike parts, probably most all stolen. ::)

I went through the same thing. 4-wheeler was stolen, found out who did it, reported it to the police who did it and where the stolen bike was located and the cops saod "can't do ----" ::) The cops are always powerless to help you but they have very little hesitation when it comes to punishing you. :3 Its like cops are just encouraging vigilantism.

Hearsay? Obviously you don't know what hearsay is. Hearsay is if you tell me your friend told you that he killed a girl and I say it. Hearsay is not when you meet a kid and he confesses to you that he stole your car. Thats called a confession. That is prefectly acceptable in the United States legal system.

As for this situation. I'm glad you got your stuff back for the most part. A little work and it will be back to new. What really bothers me is the fact you guys haven't had him pinched yet. He stole your car, he has numerous warrants, and you let the kid float around like its okay to be a deviant. Call the police, tell them where he is, what hes done, and make sure they have all the evidence. Everyday you take things into your own hands, is a day this kid is free. Thats simply not acceptable. Tomorrow night he will probably just go out and steal some other kids car and the sad thing is the other kid won't be so lucky to get his stuff back. And why? Because you didn't feel like calling the cops on the kid. He deserves it. Hes a ---- head. Its time for him to get what he deserves.
