My car was broken into last night...
So, that's the bad news. The good news is I can't see that they took anything (CD player, speakers, amps, etc). The alarm might have scared them or something.
I have a $500 deductible, so I want to see if I can buy a window somewhere and do the installation myself.
Just keeping a count here -
August '05 - Integra broken into, stolen stereo
August '06 - Integra, freshly turbo'd- whole car stolen
July '07 - 325i window broken into, nothing stolen
Stupid thieves, get a ------- job

I think it's time to start incorperating claymores into car alarms. If you're gonna loose your car to theives, might as well konw you got the theif too.
I just can't fathom living in an area that most of you guys live in. If a car is stolen round here, it's usually cause your drunk *** totalled it and reported it stolen for insurance.

I live in Bremerton now and I still think it's a great place to live, but there are ******** in every town. Everett can burn to the ground as far as I'm concerned. That town owes me exactly 1 turbo Integra.
Got a great price from Aurora Auto Wreckers... $45 for the window + $15 to ship it (it's an hour and a half each way from Bremerton, so I don't feel like getting it). I have an extra vehicle I can use, so time isn't really an issue.

At least your not in Tacoma...
A buddy had his car shot up with an AK randomly....police said it was some sort of gang initiation thing. It was pretty funny him driving around his family station wagon with bullet holes all over the back.
Then a hit and run while he was parked on the street....30 mph into his grill and the driver jumped out of their shitty Chrysler and ran away leaving it running in his front yard.
