my adapter-plate
just wanted to show everyone the adapter-plate that cost me 125 dollars . damn 50 dollar an hour metal shops.
i had to grind on it with my die grinder for a while. to match it to the turbo and manifold. its pretty nice, has allan head studs. notice the jacked up daytona t3 flange.
the turbo i'm going to use. t3 (.42 AR COLD, .48 AR HOT) from a daytona shelby turbo. has a wierd flange, but it worked out ok. btw if anyone has a wastegate/pot deal, i need one.
i did some porting on this manifold. i'm not sure how well i did on it. i'm not used to having hardly any metal to work with. does it look good... anyone?
misc ---- laying on my workbench.

Re:my adapter-plate
i'm usin it on a 87 crx. the car is pretty quick NA with ported tb and custom ram air intake and big exhaust *note exhaust not muffler*. but i think its not getting enough gas at the top end. cause it really cuts out at 6k rpm.
i'm going for 160hp the car weighs 2000 pounds with gas.
right now i can hang or beat non vtec preludes. i usually anhilliate other 88+ crx's, even with i/h/e
it sounds like a mean car, with silent exhaust and loud (k&n air filter) intake noise.
