My 88 4 door was stolen, HElp!!!! ( Found by LAPD With pics)
 

I got a call last night that my car was found. I woke up at 9 am to go check it out fearing the worst. The detective that called me said the car was not drivvable. HOly ----... its sitting on the grond i think, them i get htere and lo and behold.

They took the wheels, Grant Gt steering wheels and a pg7 ecu. Lucky me they didnt ake the Teins, or the ---- i had in the trunk which included a PR4 ecu and my plates for the 90 civic four door. I got lucky. I drove the car home with the 14" steelies provided by the thieves and the spare pr4 ECU i had in the trunk. Thanks douchebags!

Get out of cali.Florida has the same climate and if not a better car scene.Not to mention we have alot of latinas too so you wont miss that.

if it had a stock motor you should proably find the car in the valley just stripped of rims,stereo etc

Its was ------- stock! MPFI swap. thats all. Nothing special. Damm the valley? really? ----! anyway, keep an eye out on the recycler, craigslist and other site for my tein suspension and wheels.

the 3 friends cars who got cars stolen in the LA area all ended up in the valley northridge era. It all happened in like a 3 month gap so we assumed it was somehow conected


You should get the car back running i mean whats a d15b2 worth 25 bucks. Just wont have rims


That what happened with 2 of the cars they were like yours bolt on/rims nothing special. they didnt touch the motors



The other one had a b16a swap and well you guessed it raped

Anywho really man get out of LA and move out to the High desert. Still crime and ---- but nothing like where your at now. palmdale is alot nice than lancaster and its dirt cheap still

I've said "---- california" forever. My car sat in the parking lot 6 months, at least one month of that time it was unlocked, parts and tools scattered under and inside it, nobody every touched it. Hell, even after the car was locked, the keys were stolen from my apartment and it still wasnt messed with.

When I had the del sol, I could leave it in a parking lot with the top off for hours and nobody ever fucked with it. Possibly because we have a low beaner:white ratio? I try not to profile, but do you notice all the high theft area is highly populated with uhhh immigrants? Move from that place.

That sucks, I had two of my hondas stolen, the first time they took the wheels/stereo, second time just the cd player/ecu. I thought that it was wierd because the second was a gsr, kind of expecting to see it with the front end all up in the air because of no trans/motor, but I got lucky. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about your car. I leave my keys in my cars overnight all the time. Its parked im my garage though, but I also leave that open sometimes. Thats the only thing I like about living in poodunk nowhere. I dont worry about ----. Bump for you.

I pretty much guarantee it was because of the wheels.

Owning a honda in california has been trouble actually much worse before than it is now due to the scene is dead here



The high point was the late 90's early 2000's



The had a ring of around I think 15 shops in the LA area they raided for stolen motors



People were stealing stock gsr's off the lots so they could have gsr swaps ya it was that wild at one time
