Those are not top 10 but they are top 20 best foods to eat......A lot of anti oxidants...

That whey protein isn't doing anything for you. A balanced diet will do more, and if you're serious about weight lifting, then you should already be watching your diet.

Unless you're really ------- hardcore, whey protein isn't needed. Eat other foods that are rich in essential amino acids, such ass animal products and soy.

Paxton, good list of stuff. Definatley things that should be in everyone's diet.
