I also take whey protein everyday and after every workout. I'm being lazy at the moment though, so I haven't worked out in a few weeks. Unless you're really ------- hardcore, whey protein isn't needed. Eat other foods that are rich in essential amino acids, such ass animal products and soy. Paxton, good list of stuff. Definatley things that should be in everyone's diet. |
