Motor mount bolts?

IM missing a bolt that holds the driver side motor mount to the engine in my 91 hatch. Anyone happen to know the thread pitch, length and such. I ask cause the cars half and hour away from me and an hour away from a lowes or any hardware store and it suck to grab the wrong thing. thated be a big turb in my cereal.

Well, it's for sure a grade 8 bolt. You'll need something strone. It's probably a metric thread, and if that is the case, good luck finding one. I would guess like 3/8 fine thread?

Haha, I read that and it didn't make any sense. I would try a 3/8 fine thread bolt though, otherwise finding a grade 8 metric bolt will be hard as hell.

finding a grade 8 metric bolt won't be any easier than finding a standard bolt that fits a metric thread correctly ;) my advice is to get one at a junk yard or from honda. i wouldn't use some off the shelf misc. bolt from the hardware store, but if you're talking about the bolt that goes through the mount, it should be an m17, not sure about the pitch though.

Grade 8 SAE is grade 10.9 Metric. Im sure you need a grade 10.9 bolt here. My local hardware store has all the metric sizes i need in grade 10.9. Just take a run and find what you need. I think its a 1.25 thread.
