I'd be affraid to make a mess, but then again theres prolly a "self cleaning cycle" where sprinkler heads come out of the walls and wash the entire place for ya

The tools aren't used, and I bet the cars are never even driven for fear that something would happen to them and his golfing buddies wouldn't be as impressed anymore.
