the 89 CRX HF was 1 of the first honda engines to come stock with more HP than torque
;D but thats just what i heard on a crx forum

Horsepower=(Torque*RPM)/5252
So you will always have more torque than hp under 5252 rpm. Above that rpm, hp will always be greater than torque. Whether max hp or max torque is higher will just depend on the type of engine.

I had 130ftlbs of trq and 110hp before my car was warmed up, by the time it warmed up my dyno time was over. Base run on a f22a1 with cam, intake, exhaust, aem cam gear.

Longer stroke and bigger bore is the only thing I can think of to increase the TQ out of a honda motor.

I dont follow honda engines that much but I was wondering if 10.6:1 is to much compression for a 9psi setup... I mean that boost plus the high compression ratio looks like high temperatures pre ingition. Anyone car to ilaborate on how its " safe" to be a DD?
