I live right in town, in a smaller house and bigger garage. I just finished a patio out back. I think 30-40 people could chill at my place without running into each other. Gearheads in the garage and outside, women in the kitchin, potheads in the basement. It's not the ideal place to throw a big party but you guys are more then welcome. I like entertaining, we have two BBQs here, one next door, coolers, and I could rent some chairs and ---- like that.

PS I have a good friend with a huge farm, if this would work better let me know. He is a Honda guy for life, well enough spares to race for a lifetime anyways.
