Microsoft Customer Service part 2.
So i was playing fable 2 when i reach area called westcliff, and it goes to load, and after it's done loading, screan goes black like an so i look around for an answer, look on some forums, and alot of people are having the problem, some people saying it's the actual disc, some are saying it's the patch they made to play on live, so i did what any half smart person would do and contact the source..big mistake, so i speak to "Steve" durka durka, and he tells me to send my xbox in for repair, tells me its going to cost me 120$ plus dont got my box for 6-8 weeks, i laughed in durka's face and hung up...the whole fucked up thing about this, its only fable thats being a bitch, cod4, cod5 are fine,so ---- fable and ---- microsoft for outsourcing their god forsaken company!!!!!!!!!!

Do you think we, as american Consumers, should spend 15 minutes a week electively calling some of the outsourcing facilities and wasting their ------- time? If we run up the cost of operation for shitty support, simultaneously generating negative PR, do you think these companies will start offering real service and support instead of their freakshow scam artist bullshit.
