very nice btw

98ctr 11-11-2004 08:52 PM

Re:manifold done for the "D"

mild steel, I might have it jet coated so its not going to rust, or I might just use BBQ paint and bake it on. still not sure what to do.

it will be up to her if she want to take the "D" to the races next year. My bet is that she's going to be on my ass to go race every chance we get.

I'm saving up for when my GF's (to be wife) Outback Sport goes out of warranty, in shall go an fully modded STI engine/drivetrain for the fastest Outback ever... ::)

I told her just wait til I give you a ride in the race car, it's way faster than this car (88 DX HB stock), and she says "I thought this was the fast one"... oh man is she in for it ;D

well the tools you aquaire over time but skills you only get if you start doing stuff like this. There is no way that you are going to get up one day and make something 100% perfect. Practice on little stuff and then you can grow from there. 98ctr
