Eh, maybe a very loose deffinition of the word 'run' yes. My bet is most any shop you would have taken that to for a tuning session would have pointed you to the door/ or charged a lot extra bitch fees, in the condition it was in. He went NA because otherwise it would still be sitting in his garage with a good many issues that were not resolved that he didn't know how to finish, nor have the motivation to research.

Yes but it did run, these morons act like it didn't even start and that it was my apparent inability or something of the like for the reason its not on the road today.
