Hey herpe repositories,

So, paypal decided to ---- me in the *** again. Last time, I had $5000+ locked up, this time it's only $1400.

Their reason is "suspicious activity," which I guess is understandable since I sold $3000+ worth of ---- last weekend. Either way it's a piece of ----.

Here's the info I had to send them:

Proof of inventory for all items
Proof of address
Scan of utility bill
Address for a credit check
Scan of license/id
Scan of bank statement
Scan of credit card statement
Scan of SSN card
Prove my SSN
Prove my phone number
Set up a business account
Prove bank account
Provide tracking information for all items
Scan invoices of where I got the phones

The problem is the invoice. On my last account when they locked up 5 grand, I just made a fake one, with a friend's phone number, and it worked. What I need from you guys is a good invoice template. Try to make it as legit as possible. Don't worry about filling in information for address, phone number, company name, or items. Just make it look like a legit and blank invoice, so I can fill in the blanks and send it to paypal.

At the moment I'm working 14-16 hours a day. Don't need to, but it gives me something to do other than being unproductive at home and consuming all my beer. I dont have time to make the invoice, so if someone could, and my account is reinstated (the invoice is all they need), then I will be good to go and will pay you $25 for your time.

Cliff notes:
I'm paying someone $25 to make a legit looking, blank invoice where I can just fill in the blanks.

I also don't need $25. I just went on Microsoft word. File -> New and did a search through their online templates. You should do the same if you want some other templates. They have a ton of different choices.
