The long awaited JDM 1 piece front end pics.. haha
Some of you know that me and beau tried doing our own homemade 1 piece race front end for my Crx. We bought all the basic stuff, lots of resien and fiberglass and had a hayday.. after many hours of trying to sand it down, I said "---- this I will just buy a new one" it was taking way to long to make it look right. So it now sits in storage at the barn, its a good laugh everytime we see it.
Damn look how strong that mother ****** is! should be with 7 gallons of resien..
We considered entering this thing in at Snoqualime Pass's (bring your custom sled in day) and taking it down the mountain.. hahah

Oh dear god... With that being said, I don't think that you could use that as a mold, it looks as if it has a negative draft and you would be unable to pop the part out of it... although you could make it a multi part mold.

my dad builds kevlar canoes as a hobby, and that kind of info is readily available. try to read up on it, if youre gonna do another. epoxies are very temperature sensitive, and from the look of it you guys didnt manage to saturate the fiberglass well enough. i can ask my dad if you want more info.
