Yesterday at the track leia kept saying "jeff the car doesnt feel as fast yesterday" Well, me thinking to myself "ah your probably just getting use to it" The boost gauge you really cannot see, even when I was making my passes at night I couldnt watch it. Well today we made a trip out to the grandparents house and on the way back I was making a few pulls watching the boost gauge closely and it was 9psi. Next thing I know I got no boost, I pull over check for charge pipes and I see my wastegate laying there, hahah.
I'm really suprised it broke off, the welds were really nice. I'm thinking the pipe wasnt big enough and couldnt hold the gate? Going to get it rewelded tommorow with a thicker diameter pipe.

Still no doubt in my mind this is a 11 sec car, just cant wait to turn up the boost and do some upper end work on the engine.

ya my h22a trany does the same thing kinda sucks goes into gears slow to i took it to the track 2 days ago and ran a 12.63 @ 111.00 mph w/a 1.7 60ft

stock h22's run like mid 12s and then the turbo'ed h22 only runs like 12.1s on 9psi?
boost that bitch to 3bar and get some 10 sec slips biatch

awesome... it's probably a little bit heavy too... but still an 11 sec street car.. I wonder what that would do in an old gutted crx comming in at 1600lbs or lighter.

ya i had the help of a 75 shot of nos to push my hatch into the mid 12's the motor is all stock tho only got a c/a/i on it ran like mid 13's without the nitrous
