This is my EX-Girlfriend Leia's 98 Civic EK HB.

Using Darton Sleeves, Endyn Rollerwave 9.1 FI Pistons and Eagle Rods on the bottom end. Basically bulletproof.

Shortly after we installed the h22 and broke it in normal aspirated.

I started last week ordering all the flanges and parts to get ready for the turbo setup.

The manifold came out pretty decent, I have a serious problems making manifolds because I'm a very impatient person and cant handle taking hours and hours making these silly things ;)

However, using a Shitbird collector made everything alot easier.

We have a big race coming up this next saturday so we decided to use all my turbo stuff from my built ls/vtec on her car. The Snail of choice is a 62-1 T3/T4 Ball Bearing Stage 5 wheel. Also be using my Tial 40mm Wastegate.

Suprisingly there is alot of room even with a H22 in the EK engine bay. I had no clearence problems with anything.

People always ask me, "what do you use to cut out the front bumper" Simple, Air hacksaw! best damn tool ever, you can cut the front bumper out real nice.

3in Downpipe, it was a little tricky getting that downpipe to fit on that 5 bolt flange. We are still waiting for the Electric cutout that will be install later on. Basically it will have a stock exhaust system w/ a E-cutout 3in.

Charge pipes, 2.5in mandrel painted flat black. Also using Napa Silicone connectors, works perfect.

All Done, unfortunetly I dont have a burner so I couldnt put a FI map on, so I'm driving up to bellingham tomorrow to get this thing street tuned with Dave.

Good thing you included the coat hanger welding, otherwise this install would look entirely too clean for HMT ;D. Looks great though.

I admit, I did take a little bit longer on this setup than I do on most.

Faster than my car? well obviously right now it is, but I really dont think her car is going to be to fast when I take my turbo back off and finish up my car. ;)

Ya beau makes some pretty wild manifolds. This is my 3rd manifold I have made, I'm pretty satisified with it :)

304L stainless, all flanges, bends etc etc are stainless

I didnt do all of it, I just tacked everything into place, unfortunetly I bought a expensive toolbox, and not a welder :(

Yup, its really homo how the prelude fuel rail has it on the wrong side, I had to use a fitting from the prelude to even make it fit. It really looks homo. Steve you should sell Civic - H22 fuel line kits, haha big seller! ;)

Well, the plan is to run 12psi. My main concern right now is that my girlfriend has never really drove with slicks on, nor with this kind of power. So going down the track straight and not breaking anything would be good. As far as ET's I'm sure the car is somewhere around 300whp maybe more I dont know, so mid 12's would be my guess, this car is still in early stages of modifications, The head and intake are completely stock, I'd like to crank this thing up to 20-25psi on the dyno and see what it lays down. When all said and done this should be a 4-500whp street car.

whats in store for us next. I mean it all started with a simple, D16 si, CRX, now its a fully built H22 with a stainless steel turbo mani. and probably worth every cent of a 11 sec street car. Whats next?!? :o

I'd have to sell my RSX for sure! No more projects unless I sell a car to start a new one. Having 2 cars going at once and trying to build one is a struggle. However I would definatley love to see a k20 crx, especially if it belonged to my boy!!!
