legal question...
This is for the state of California.
Say one has a bench warrant for some charge... would this person be able to get a new CA state ID from the DMW with no problems? Is the DMV computers linked to the court's computers? Would the DMV really know if there was a bench warrant was issued? Holla if you can help. And yes I know this isn't a legal forum, but yars... |
