you can get your license suspended for it here. left lane is for passing only. 3 to 4 lane highway and who is cruising in the left lane? some cowboy with his pickup truck going 60mph on a road with the average speeds of 120mph. and passing on the right side is illegal so guess what everyone is stuck behind him

how can passing someone in the right lane of a 4 lane highway be illegal...does that mean that everyone who isnt in the left most lane cant go faster than someone in the left lane?

Nothing worse than Ohio drivers with their heads up their asses doing 64 mph in the PASSING lane, but it is legal.
Ohio drivers are frowned upon (or ran off the road) for doing this in the neighbors states like MI, IN, PA, KY, and WV.
