I got my old 97cx hatch up to 135 with 4 people in the car and 140 by myself down a hill

it wasn't a cutout, I just stayed at 116. I kept the gas on the floor for about 5-10 seconds and didn't go past 116. It's a b16a with a pm6 modded by zdyne to run the b16. the rev limit is at 9500 (no I haven't tested it). My brother's b16 has the automatic pr3, so the rev limit is at 7400.
