Same here, mine only go up to 4 too. I roll hard all day everyday with Tein S-tech spring which aren't that aggressive or super low to it's not too bad. I roll on vx's with advan race tires on the street so I've got more sidewall so it's not really that harsh but with folk with low profile tires then good luck keeping with your filings in.

Re: KYB AGX Strut Settings
suspension settings must be set according to the tires, too stiff or harsh and the tires just slide, to soft and and the car can feel jerky trying to turn due to bad weight transfer. I like my suspesion just a bit stronger than the tires so I can feel the tires giving up. For street tires, I'd run 1 in front, 2 rear, for my A032 road race tires, I go 3 front 4 rear. Always a bit stiffer in the rear. This is with an Eibach Pro Kit, very mild springs, which work better for our harsh roads.
Remember, if all you have for aftermarket are springs and shocks, that's still a mild setup, and all the higher settings will really do for you is make the ride harsh. My car has a cage, ST sway bars, braces, and massive weight reduction/relocation.
Start soft and move from there.
Also, if you read the shock dynos, the AGXs are stiffer than stock at any setting, and the adjustability is fairly minimum. If you want true adjustable suspension, the Konis or Tein full coilovers are better. I dig the Tein with the dash mounted electronic controls for the damping, works well.
