Back in the bad old NA days, I ran 14.9 @ 97 mph, completely stock LS in an 89 CRX HF.

I disagree, sorta, with Jeff about 4 psi being like running stock. It's not a big increase in performance as these things go, but I have an 1800 lb car with a fairly decent flowing (compared to D-series) B18B. A small bump in power nets me more. In most cars, Jeff is right and you won't notice any difference to merit the hassle.

I finally cranked my boost up to ~7 psi today, due to the IC, and the car feels very nice now. What, only 7 psi, you say? Well, I *do* have a blown headgasket I am too lazy to fix... lol.
