well it wasnt my deal and it probably doesnt mean much, but i know for a fact that he sent the stuff. i was on the phone with him when he was leaving the post office after sending it. i dont know if USPS dropped the ball somewhere when it went into Canada, but either way its a fucked up situation.

i called him today to try and get info but he didnt answer, dont know what more i can do

just file it theres no reason we should be playing the guessing game with scammers. well maybe it will get to your house BUT most likely it wont. remember this guy paid him feb 22. thats bullshit. file a claim and take any other action you can. if the guy is just lazy well let him know being lazy aint cool.

here is the story.

i shipped the items to canada, didnt get a tracking number becuase i was busy filling out paperwork for taxes and ect.. shipped the items and 20 minutes after i shipped them, i let him know they were shipped and i didnt get a tracking number

2 weeks later he lets me knows he hasnt received anything. shipped out a clutch specialties clucth two days after i shipped gshoks items out and the guy received them a week after i shipped them

i cant do anything about how canada's shipping services are. i called usps and they dont kep any records of items shipped out without tracking numbers. they also siad once it gets into canada, theres nothing they can do about it.

as for not answering my phone, i get off work and look at my phone, abd there are about 15 missed calls. all from this douche bag

its been 6 weeks. i beleive he had received the items and knowing i didnt get a tracking number, is trying to get the items i shipped and a refund for the money. i have no proof that he has or hasnt recieved the items.

and in his pms and messags he isnt even mad, and if i had just lost 200 bucks id be irate after 2 weeks, and yet again its been 6. nothing i can do about it, i can refund the 15$ that was written down on how much the items are worth that i shipped. nothing more.

When the seller openly admits to skipping out on the tracking number after being asked to get one the seller is at fault.
G_shok hasnt gotten ANY package from you.
You owe him the full amount because YOU are at fault for not doing what you were specifically asked to do which was ship with a tracking number.
You can find any excuse in the world but the bottom line is you wanted to save cash on shipping and shipped 4-6 weeks uninsured.
You are responsible. Be the bigger man and accept responsibility.

why the ---- would i not ship his items and ship another item out a week later when the clutch that i shipped COST MORE. it doesnt make sense, he got it exactly a week after i shipped the ------ thing.

it is not my respnsaility becasuse i didnt get a tracking number. he didnt ask for one. i coulda paid like 15 bucks to ship it but i paid more to get it shipped there faster.

i coulda beena dick about it and writen down how uch the items that i shipped reall cost so he would have to pay taxes, but i wasnt, i said they were were 15 bucks
