Be careful, I'm not an expert, but anything that causes your muscles to grow abnormally fast will also increase your heart muscle. Once your heart gets to strong(large) it doesn't pump effectively and you can get angina, or worse a MI.

bodybuilding.com they have forums to tell you everything you need to know. They sell plenty of designer steroids. Make sure you get good pct (post cycle treatment) before you start tamixofan citrate, clomid, nolvadex. you have a lot of reading to do if you want your **** to work when its all said and done.

yea go to bodybuilding.com and read up on nutrition and routines because your obviously doing something wrong, I have been a scrawny 5ft 10" 140-150 lbs my whole life but after two months i am already at 185, its not just how much you eat, its how often and what your eating + what you are doing in the gym.
I read that if you take steriods before hitting your natural peak you will never be able to make any gains in the future without using steroids and its not recommended.

What did I do to gain muscle mass and get big. I was 140 in high school now 210. I use cylinder heads has my curl bar and bench press transmissions.

Go for maxing out your weight and ---- reps if you want to get big and strong. Get that ---- to where 5 reps of a weight burns you and do a few sets. Then let that ---- be sore for a day or two and wail on it again. Also try a PT pyramid if you're going for upper body strength and endurance: http://www.stewsmith.com/linkpages/ptpyramid.htm I've heard of great results coming from the PT upper body pyramid, like walking around flexed for 3 days afterwards.

and make sure you have a steady piece of tail, otherwise youll ------ cramp your hand before you even hit the weights.

Everyone has different opinions because everyone is different. Heres what I would do if I wanted to go all out to gain weight (I'm 6ft and have high metabolism)
I would try very hard to not chase weight like a total noob (except for when moving up quick the first month). Id move up weight only when confident in doing so (usually about 2 weeks) and keep track fairly well. Pound a drink of muscle milk (damn good tasting high protein calorie drink) in the morning between breakfast and lunch. Then later on pound another within 30mins after working out along with high protein snacks throughout the day. Then another muscle milk before going to sleep. Only one lifting group per week (ample time to recover) AND Id quit smoking to help slow metabolism a little more AND let myself get hungry between meals but eat bigger meals. This helps slow metabolism as well... Heavy/hardest lifts always first. Low reps, whatever weight I can do 8, then add more for 6, then add more and barely get 4. Id also limit cardio to like 30mins a day tops, unless I was eating hella calories to make up for it. I dont like cardio much anyways so who cares

if you say youve been lifting for years you prolly now whats works for you but i would really suggest trying something different like diet or work out plan like these other guys are saying. i think the risk from things that could go bad really out way the benefits of the juice. but i hear ya im 6' 160 and have a really hard time gainging weight no matter how much i lift/eat
