Pretty fucked up...but on the other hand if I was payin $600 for a turbo, I would have
1. made the ****** re-open the box to take pictures
2. paid with paypal
-paypal would have done a few things for you.
1. if the item wasnt in the condition which he described you could have sent it back to him and you could have got your $$ back
2. you could have gotten your money back for him not sending it
Not to mention...honda-tech has a little thread in there for sale section telling you exactly NOT to do what you did. http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=641985

Im not sayin the guy who scammed you is right, but im sayin if you were smart about it you would have done a little more thinking about the purchase.
