this *** conned barely boosted into paying 300 bucks.. they agreed he pays half the price of the turbo.. the *** ships it. and then barelyboosted sends the other three hundred.
the exact story as pmed to me by barelyboosted.

I was going to buy a Precision SC-61 from him for $600 but he said he had it already packaged and wouldn't send me pics, so we agreed $300 to ship it and if I liked it I would send the rest...well, needless to say I didn't get ----.

I'd say for $300 it isn't worth going after. The asians in Ca. are either nerdy fucksticks who wouldn't fight back, or members of crazy asian gangs that shoot up crowds for fun. When CA falls in the water we'll call it pay back for your $300 loss. (among other things)
