I can't believe it, I did talk to him and read probably all of his posts. I've been on vacation for 2 weeks, and I return to this. Sad news, I hope his family can cope with the loss. 19 is no age to go, and like it's been said before parents should not have to go thru this, it's not natural. My condolences go out to all that new him, family, frienda and the HMT family

i just got to say i didn't know jordan and a barely post on this board but it is a tragic thing. to lose anyone so young and ready for life like i see he was from this post it just plan sucks! RIP J.E.

This thread makes me very sad. It is crazy how life is so fragile. I just joined HMT and never knew him but my prayers will be with his family and all his friends. Never take your friends and family for grandted. Tomorrow could be their last day

I may not Know all of you guys but I hope you all understand that when A racer and even worse a friend dies its very terrible and Im so so so so sorry to hear about this .. I myself have lost 22 friends in the last six years to Racing accident and such so i know how you all are feeling
Heres something I wrote when one of my best friends died last year I hope it can bring a smile to your faces:
Once upon a time there was street racing...
The hated ones, the laughed at, the envied... The super cool in their own minds lurked about in the night, Nosferatu of the road. Finding the open pockets between the 5.0 rotation on midnight highways. Petal pumping piston hounds burning up as much gas as one moon would allow.
The true racers rolled with an understanding of the unwritten road code.
The true racers knew that life and death merge together at the 120MPH threshold.
Legends were made out of the dust, not out of the dollar.
A loss was a tip of the hat that only gamblers and fools fought over. The pain was dealt with in private, internally like the Sumerians.
...the smell of soft rubber burnouts,
...foggy nights down 275 highway,
...cutting the springs with bare knuckles till that ---- was slammed,
...welding straight pipes and boring out the cat,
...ditching the stupid drama **** and Driving out to Waffle house,
...sunrise showdowns after all the softies were already in bed,
...popping your hood was a rookie move,
It's the real deal Holyfield
Street life been lived.
Just gimme a little more time to get to the finish line
And your reflection will be unveiled.
Maybe you got a few tickets.
Maybe the cops hijacked your ---- and it took 7 bills$$$ to rescue your car out from lockdown- tow truck heaven.

I heard you long ago in the past life and then again in this one...
..The way i see it Boys and Girls is: when your feeling down and ready to give up get into you car drive a little ... realize what you have and who you are ..realize that your not alone in this little world .
all you have to do is watch the white lines and just feel the road cuse sometimes that is the only thing that matters

well since i am new here i did not get to know jordan. but from what i have gathered from all the responces and the reputation he gained, he was a great person. all my best wishes go out to his family and friends.

i know you were talking about making a special page on the site just for him. i can scan the handout from the memorial and we can put it on the page. I think it would be good to put all of the comments on the page as well.
