johnny race car not shipping
 

has anyone else had trouble with johnny race car not shipping their intercoolers. I ordered my'n two weeks ago and still have not even received a tracking number. I have tryed emailing him two times and have not gotten a response. If anyone knows how to get ahold of them without email it would be greatly appreciated. This is complete bs it should have been here by now. I guess I should have bought a cca.

3 of my friends are running johnnyracecar intercoolers and they all got theres with in one week. I'm getting really pissed since darksol2005 is leaving in a few days to got to wyotech for 9 months and hes supposed to tune my car. this is the worst customer service I have ever gotten.

i've ordered two from tyrus and have gotten both in less than a week. and for those of you that say 'should have ordered cca', they're totally different intercoolers, so no, it's not like they both carry the same products but one has better customer service ::) i've ordered a few intercoolers from both of them, and on a personal level i think rene' and anthony are great people and have great customer service (i even drove up to anthony's house and sold him a car before), but i honestly prefer my jrc intercooler over the cca's that i've had, so maybe he ordered from jrc because he wanted a jrc and not a cca ;)

email him, call him, wait a little longer. what the hell do you think will happen when you complain about it here, where he's had nothing but success. what if you're payment didn't clear, what if he had to actually make it since he didnt have it in stock. what if what if. who cares, talk to him to resolve it, dont bitch and moan here. i've never had an email not returned withint 24 hours with tyrus.

^ I have emailed him twice and have not got a response if you would have read my first post you would have realized this. He also does not have a phone number on his site so how am supposed to call him. I also have the paypal receipt. Of course I'm being impatient its been two weeks, I've emailed him twice with no response I have'nt received a tracking number, my tuner is leaving in a couple days for 9months. I posted this on here hoping someone could help me out, with a phone number or some way of contacting him, since you and tyrus are so close why won't you see why my intercooler is'nt here yet.

Tyrus will get it done. I talked to him a while back, and he was affected by the hurricane stuff. Seems that the company he buys packing materials from is in Louisianna. He is probably still catching up.

Once you see a JRC intercooler, and the quality way it is packed and shipped, you'll know it was worth it. We selected JRCs to add to our own product line.

We have one 8" and three 6" intercoolers on order from him, and I am not worried in the least bit about receiving them.

w3rd ive seen the way the new cca's are coming out and their not the same as when he had just started selling. jrc is still keeping the quality up at a low price. just be patient. youll get it.

If three of your friends are running one, then just borrow it for tuning and then wait til yours gets here.

How long did you wait b/n e-mails? If it was less than 2-3 days, then you should get ignored. Nothing more upsetting that someone who can't show some patience.

thats what I'm doing tomarrow justin is running the exact same intercooler on his nx2000, I waited about 5-6 days between each email.

why dont you stop being a little girl and just throw in a front mount pipe, go tune your car to get a decent map started and worry about the rest later. JRC IC's are worth the wait

my old setup,ran fine with the front mount pipe.an intercooler helps but would not stop me from driving my car.lol

heat soak owned my ringlands last time, plus not tuning it did as well, I want more protection from blowing up, if he does'nt respond in a day or two i'll probually report him to paypal its complete bull ---- that he can't even return an email and tell me whats going on with it.
