the worst part is even once the set up is done then I have to wait to finiish the body work and the car wont be out till the spring

what are you taking about... I have personaly reved my mini-me up to 8300 rpm for the 9 mounths i had it in my car, I never once had a problem. and there was a local guy who went 11's on a stock z6 who reved to 9k all day and never had a problem... :o So in my opinion rev the ---- out of it 8300 is pretty safe on the valvetrain....

Im gonna make a brace that comes off the block and goes under the turbo flange and suports the weight.
The head will be port/polished, and if time and money permit it will have cams and spring. This is all costing a fair bit of money now so the head my only be rebuilt and P/P for the bigining of te summer

So how are you going to connect the downpipe?
