Yeah bench warrants are no good. I got nailed at 4am at Denny's because of a ticket I got working for a company who was supposed to take of the ticket never showed up for court. Spent 8 hours in jail because of it.

I had two FTAs, two DLR, and a 108 in a 55 and was in and out of jail in 1

Actually Josh is wrong, if you dont appear in court its no big deal, it just means the judge grants the Harassment/Restraining order (which are both the same thing) and do not go on your record or anything crazy like that. I still havent been served any papers saying he went either, so who knows.

it also means that if the judge grants the order, u cany own or have in your possestion any guns, i know this cuz i got one against me tell next september.

I basically just cant go in front of his workplace, his house or like 100 feet from him, otherwise I can get in trouble.

sounds like its getting interesting out there jeff. I seriously hope this ****** breaks down and starts telling you where some of your ---- went, or who has it. Its just a message to thieves everywhere, we arent letting you get away with stealing things anymore. I really think they should change the laws so if you see some guy trying to jack your vehicle etc, you can end him.

Just make sure to take a clean[none of your prints]knife and stab yourself a couple times in the arm,hand etc and then place it in his hands after you kill him in self defence.
