Have the itb's been sold or are they going to be reborn on a slightly better platform. The baseline #'s were actually pretty good for such a simple b16. Would love to see some itr cams and maybe a ported head.

or just simplify the project with a turbo, produce 100 more hp instead of nickle and diming for 5 to 10 hp |

Whitey you of all people should know sometimes its just for fun. Face it if it was about simplicity would you have two turbo's? I think your project was great, its something I would do but I also would like to see a b16 with big compression, big cams, big head porting, in something very light with a set of itb's.

Yeah but big cams, big compression, big porting means big money for very little power. I'm all for trying new things, the ITB's are ------- awesome but I don't think you should be dumping a shiload of money into something thats not going to go fast. |

I added up around 550.00£ so, convert that to US.. $991.00 then add shipping probably $50-75 International. But, hey then when it gets here you still have to figure out how to attach a TPS and mount them to your intake manifold. ::) Hell a full blown bolt on ITB kit you can get for 1200 bucks bolt on, or make your own like I did for about 200 bucks :P Jeff |
