what the u.s. soldiers did was fucked up. but do you think the iraqi's even bother to do that to u.s. pow's, hell no. theyll just kill them. have you guys seen some of the gory ---- that is on faces of death and ---- like that of our soldiers getting decapated(my spelling suks), and limbs getting broke? hell no the media wont show that ----. i think what they did was bad, but its definately getting blown out of porportion. if the majority of people seen that ---- no one would even care about what the u.s. does to those taliban. do you think if those taliban could they would kill the american soldiers there just to escape? they would without hesitation. i really dont have any sympathy for them. its done, let it not happen again, but lets move on too

^^^^I agree. Why do we have to be the good guy and give them a second chance to kill us while they would slit our throats at any given chance they got. I have no sympathy. Why should I? Let's talk about all the fucked up ---- that happens to our soldiers. Let's talk about the parades of ragheads who drag dead bodies around in the streets celebrating the death of an American. I don't think we should show ANY respect since none is shown to us. There are rules of war, but if one side isn't following the rules because they are such shitbags and too god damn retarded to follow any sort of ethics, why the ---- should we? If it were up to me, I would have the entire country eliminated. It's a shithole and that's all it will ever be. It's going to cost us billions of dollars to rebuild it, just to let them turn it into ---- again. It's a never ending cycle. It's like crackheads. They can move into an upscale neighborhood and turn it into slum within a few weeks. It's the nature of human waste to rot everything around it.

...and anouther thing, sorry to bring up WWII references, but that seems to be a good idea of "the right way to invade a country"....

In WWII we Firebombed Drezden and Tokyo. We leveled entire **** cities. In Drezden the causulty rate was about 80-90% of the population. The firebombing of Tokyo killed people by the hundreds of thousands.(I think more were killed there then one atomic bomb)

After the Drezden operation (a 24hr carpet bombing campaign over sevral days) the Air Force commander was given a medal...

Just imagine if a General today flew a couple of squadrens of B-52's over Najif and leveled it what would happen?


The 7th and 8th air force along with british bomber comand leveled so many cities that to this day.... 50 years later Germans are still scared shitless of war (and for good reason)

You can argue that these operations killed hundreds of thousands of people, but the end result is two countries that will never again wage war...

What if an armored and mechanizied division were tasked with taking out the current rebal leader, and given "Free Tactical command" with no holds barred. Just roll right over every Mosque and hospital (really just sighting posts and machine gun nests) in the way. And then shell the hell out of the rest of the city for supression with 120mm. I wonder how much "resistence" they would face

I would totally agree with you if what you're saying about the Iraqi people was true. But it isn't. Just like we have tens of thousands of ********* over here who live in the ghetto, are uneducated, go on drivebys and wear a glock down their pants, Iraq has problems with these sorts as well. It's just a different culture. But even though the people there who are the problem (you know, the ragheads as you call them) are the minority, that's all you see, because that's all the media shows you. They don't show you the kids who get to go to school and learn about true world society, they don't tell you about the student who had been forced into a mechanical field under Sadaam (sp) who now has the ability to become what he dreamed of, a film student. But unfortunately, the minority ruin it for the majority, and the minority is all that's being shown on tv. On the US side, too--sure, the ******** who took part in this abuse ---- are all over the tv. But what about the tens of thousands of US soldiers over there, who are keeping the peace and helping this lost society get back on it's feet? Let's think for ourselves for a change guys.
