insurance cards
who here know's how to print out a false insurance card, i know someone that does it but they charge 65 bones. anyone ever fake the funk for insurance
|
Re: insurance cards
i used to do it with a copy machine and a razor blade [i used to have a mini copy machine in my room] lol
it's easy to make it off the pc though, those insurance cards that are just a print out. If you are talking AAA or Mercury, that's another story. Actually AAA wouldn't be hard cause you could get those perforated business cards from staples and prnt it on there and it'll look legit |
Re: insurance cards
a friend of mine made me a fake trip permit with just a color lazer jet printer/copier and some thick paper. it was a pretty good printer too, think he even tried to make his owne money :1

Re: insurance cards
Odd, I just made one last night. I'll post it up so you can photoshop it to your demands :) I've never been asked anything about it, but if they do just say you got your insurance on geico online and that's the card they let you print. Has gotten me out of numerous tickets and I just got $40 for a friend for making his :) I will gladly make you one for $20 if you paypal it to me :)

Re: insurance cards
Sorry it's so big, it's a decent scan so it prints unpixelated.
I bet you can't guess what ethnicity the driver is??!! I've modified everything from hospital excuses (doug) to official watermarked citizenship papers :P |
Re: insurance cards
85 caprice in alabama, my guess would be O0

Re: insurance cards
so what is the back of it supposed to look like and how big is it supposed to be?
|
Re: insurance cards
Back looks like nothing. It's one of the online cards that Geico gives you.

Re: insurance cards
oh ok

Re: insurance cards
how bad is your record?
i had to get new insurance a few weeks ago. $42 total. $35 a month. few tickets, had valid license less than a year. |
Re: insurance cards
do these still work? since the insurance companys are supposed to tell the dmv if your ass is insured or not?
|
Re: insurance cards
I don't know where your from, but the insurance companies don't tell the DMV jack here.
|
Re: insurance cards
Nigga, you gotta be kiddin' me...Your ass JUST got outta jail, and you're ALREADY lookin' 4 a way 2 go back??? In the state of GA the authorities can run your tag and their database knows whether or not you have insurance...If your insurances lapses or gets canceled for any reason, your license AUTOMATICALLY gets suspended until you can show proof that you once again have coverage...I hate payin' car insurance, I think it's one of the biggest, most crooked rackets out there, BUT drivin' without insurance is DEFINITELY 4 ------' losers...

Re: insurance cards
i was just in that situation, they dont suspend your license, they just take the tag or request you mail it off. at least in NC.

Re: insurance cards
As far as them knowing whether you're insured or not, he's right...kinda. Every year, I'm somehow "randomly chosen" to be checked for insurance on all my vehicles. The DMV "randomly" chooses some people and runs their tags to see if you have liability. They've been harassing me every year for years, even about cars I don't have. Any my tag is currently suspended for it. The LICENSE doesn't get suspended here, just the tag to the car you own.
As far as being a ------' loser? Whatever. I'd be GLAD to get insurance if they gave me a second without fines. I've never been at-fault for a vehicle collision. I haven't had insurance in years for a few reasons. Mostly because my license has been suspended 4 times this year alone, tag has been suspended a couple times, and this year I think I'm on ticket #22 (kinda lost count). and I've paid courts THOUSANDS for tickets (this year). It started years ago with the Del Sol when I got a ticket for no tag, on my way to get the tag I was pulled over by a state trooper and I told him he could follow me to the license place because it wasn't even a mile away and was where I was heading. Doug you were there :P Then came more tickets, more suspensions, blah blah. I'd LOVE to have insurance on my vehicle. After just losing one to an incompetent truck driver it'd be nice (going to court about it since it's their fault). I drive ~2 miles a day to and from work, and maybe the liquor store. When I pay these last two tickets ($548), get my license reinstated again ($150 fee + $23 for license), get my tag unsuspended ($200), get a new tag ($??), then I'll get insurance. Not to mention that I'll have to take at least 2 days off to get this ---- taken care of which will cost me even more money. This is all under the assumption that I don't get ticketed again before it all gets situated, which will most likely happen. I've never creamed anyone, nor have I got close. Not trying to say it won't ever happen, not a good excuse, but I have more of a problem trying to avoid ASSHATS (with insurance I hope). The day after I officially bought this second CRX, some bitch crossed the highway right in front of me and I had to swerve around her to avoid hitting her. Fortunately nobody was in the lane next to me and I was able to somewhat control my car spinning and avoid a motorcyclist waiting at the intersection. |
Re: insurance cards
I hate payin' that ---- as much as everybody else, and I used to bang my head against THAT wall all the damn time...I've just grown up and accepted that it's somthing I HAVE to do...I WISH I had a Honda that was paid for that I could just keep liability on...

Liability on my 97 civic ex BEFORE these 22+ tickets was still $180 a month, with only one minor accident on my record. I'm going to hate to see it now... |
Re: insurance cards
ososlo, hit me up on a pm i got you covered. :)

Re: insurance cards
Yeah I was there when Jorsher got the first ticket. Right after he got the sol. I have always been told you have 31 days from date of purchase to get a tag, but the State Trooper said it was 10. Anyways, yeah we were right by the tag place you could see it from where he pulled us over. Probably didn't help we were two young whities riding with the top off in the nice summer sun and he was a big O0 Racial discrimination FTL lol

Re: insurance cards
Well here you have to show proof of insurance to get a tag (easily faked). Then they do a random check on tags and check if you have insurance. If you don't they suspend the tag. They sent me a letter to my old house before and for some reason the post office didn't forward it. You only have x amount of days to mail them proof of insurance so they suspended my tag.

Re: insurance cards
WTF?! where I live insurance isnt required by law, which I'm assuming it is where you live? I live in wisconsin and I wish it WAS! My mom got hit by some shithead with no insurance, he didnt have a pot to piss in and we ended up having to flip the entire bill. I wouldnt drive out of my driveway if I didnt have insurance damn if you got in an accident and hurt someone you could pay for it for the rest of youre life.

^^^^ For some reason people here are having a hard time comprehending that...You NEVER KNOW when you're gonna have an accident, whether it is your fault or not...Not to flame you Jorsher, I thing you're a cool cat, but if you can't afford insurance then you really don't need to be driving...Even if you COULD afford it, I doubt if many insurance companies would touch ur ass with 22 tickets in a years time.. |

Basically, I have to drive so I can go to work so I can pay bills and insurance. It's a risk I don't like to take, but at the moment it's my only option. Just for an update since this retarded noob bumped this oldass thread, after I pay the court their $442 in the next week or two, then I can pay $150 to have license unsuspended, $23 to get it reinstated, $200 to have the tag unsuspended, $?? for the tag, and THEN I can get insurance for...$200-300 a month. Even if I tried to buy insurance 3 months ago, it would have been impossible due to suspensions and having to wait for pending court dates to clear them up. |

Re: insurance cards
I just got done with a wreck that happened to me 2 months ago right before the 4th of july. Uninsured crack bitch driving when her stoned ass shouldnt even have beeb able to find her keys.

Re: insurance cards
Insurance isn't that bad, I pay less than $100 a month and seem to be in enough accidents caused by other people to pretty much get all the money I give them over time back.
When my CRX got totalled I got about $3500 before buying the car back for 500 I believe. |
Re: insurance cards
Insurance would not be such a pain in the ass and expensive if it were'nt for the litigious nature of our country and the cost of hospitable bills. Grant it, car repair can be pricey, but nothing compared to a $200,000 week stay at the most expensive hotel in the world. Most of our parents would tell you that insurance was optional until around the late 70s and into the 80s. It seems that the older I get, the more "industry prices" increase despite me aging into a lower risk group.... :-\
