the sleeping ---- was happenening to me just a few weeks ago. but i wasnt stressing about anything. i started taking these daily cap vitamins that twin lab makes, and this muscle maximizer. and it seemed to work wasnt tired when i woke up after 8-13 hours of sleep and felt good and ready to go. before i would just keep going back to sleep and didnt have the strength to get out of bed and just slept for hours upon hours. and then just didnt have time to do anything. it sucked. ive been doing pretty good now. i sleep at wierd ------- hours during the day. stay up late like usuall. and ive been getting ---- done. and i feel good with 6-8 hours of sleep, and can actually wake up with less if i want. as to before i wasnt going to budge
I also tried sleeping pills because i was never able to fall asleep when i wanted after getting that much sleep. even though i felt tired. but i dont really think that helped much. and actually never fell asleep close to a hour or two after taking the pills. but the vitamins and muscle maximizer ---- seemed to work really good for me. and both are all natural. my moms kinda been a freak with the natural stuff, and about 6-8 years ago started selling homeopathy and vitamins and stuff on the internet. so i got hooked up lol but you could pick up some good vitamins for like 10-20$. its worth a try? i thought i was broken or something

you think you got stress now, wait till you get a mortgage. Hang in there dude. Don't get all emo on us. ---- has a way of straightening itself out. Stressing doesnt do ---- towards fixing your problems, just remember that.

the other day i slept for 13 hours, im in the same boat you are apparantly hell, i wish i could even get 6-7 hours a night...i go to bed nice and early, but my problem is that i wake up 5-10 times a night..every night. i have done this since i was little, and am always tired in the morning...i tried new beds, sleeping on different things, sleeping pills dont work...even getting drunk as ---- and passing out doesn't work.....
a lot of the time my mind also does a million thoughts.....epecially when i think about something, and then think about how it could have gone differently. i can take a simple situation, and keep running through it with different outcomes
