acually its the lazy excuse riddled kids and liberal parents. not the amount of money
the us spends more money on each kid than any other country. as much as 10k+ a year on some of the monkies in the ghetto.

I do agree that lazy *** parents are responsible in their own right. But I think Japan has the right idea as far as telling kids that if they don't get educated properly they'll be a disgrace to everyone they know. Humiliation can be a good tactic sometimes.
Oh, and I'm not a Liberal, I actually don't have a political affiliation. Mainly because my hope is not based on man. There hasn't ever been a government on earth that has been able to solve mankind's problems, so I don't expect that to happen anytime soon. I prefer to put my faith in God.
