I used to eat pho all the time, to the point the waitress would know my exact order. number 4, no vegatables, no onions, with chicken, and fish sauce on the side. yeah they call it pho tia, but they also have a couple other types of pho, like seafood pho and chicken pho (which i doubt is authentic, but its tasty as ----), so to avoid any confusion (which abviously didn't work) i call it beef pho. Doesnt matter though, give me a bowl of rice and some sriracha and im a happy mother ******. I always get sweaty as hell eating it though, doesn't matter if its 10 degrees outside, im sweating when i eat it. Probably the quarter cup of sriracha i add to it lol
