If you feel you can fix it I advise you knock off $40/hr for your *honest* time soldering (should be at or under an hour), the cost of the superglue that you seal the plug casing solid with, and send them the difference. Given your inability to turbocharge your truck for longer than 30 miles? They fucked you on the deal, you don't owe them ----, throw the cable away.
