I'd like to kill this nigger ass roommate...update, unclogged.
 

Long Story short, I had a roommate move in a couple weeks ago and I already got rid of him. I was really nice to this guy and he took total advantage of me. I prorated rent amounts to the day, and charged him no deposits or anything, and he fucked me hardcore.

He was an older guy, very filthy. Today was his last day to get out and turn in the key.

So I got home from work today, to find my front door wide open, and the key on the entertainment center. That's where it all begins.

Next I go into his bedroom, and find random garbage and other junk crap ------ all over the place. I open the walk in closet and damn near passed out. There is a cat litter box in the closet and moldy cat food and ---- all over the place. The smell was enough to kill a small child.

My girlfriend and I proceeded to clean the room up a bunch, and shortly after I opened the bathroom. Again, smell to kill a small child. The toilet had gotten clogged, and instead of him asking me to call maintenance or simply grabbing a plunger, it looks like he kept shitting in it for a couple days. There were cigarette butts and garbage all over too. Oh and he somehow also chipped a huge chunk of the ceramic coating out of the sink...What an -------, is there a way to fix that?

So now the question is this...how do I clear the toilet? Theres so much ---- and toilet paper in it I am really scared its just gonna end up all over the floor. Should I try plunging with a flush? Maybe turn the water off before I try?

Ideas welcomed, the next roommate I get is paying deposits and I am not gonna be so damn nice...

lol go buy one of those cheap wet dry vacs the small ones from sears the 2 gallon ones for 30 bucks..
haha suck up all the ---- and then throw away the bottom end and keep the top as a blower..

thats what my freind did before he was too grossed out to clean the pail and keep it

you can also buy replacement pails for like 15 bucks last time i checked

you could always find the guy and make him eat every piece out of the toilet. wet vac is probably the best way w/out getting herpes or something so i have to agree wuth buk on this one. that ---- is fucked up though!!

atleast it flushed i think i would have to find him and put some of that rotten catfood in a meal he gets from somewhere to teach him a ------- lesson.

turned the water off, and plunged as i flushed, got it to go down with a couple plunge/flush tries...

after that i cleaned the ---- outta the bedroom and bathroom, and the whole apartment actually, im still working on it....the anger has me motivated.

i'm in the same ------- situation, try to help someone get back on their feet by not making them pay a deposit or first months rent, then they pay you back by ------- up your ---- running up all the utilities and never holding a job or giving you money.

i'm just going to get a dog, they don't pay rent either but at least they don't use my tools....

my uncle moved to cali for a while so my cousin and i are renting his house out.. moved everything to the basement and had a renter ready to move in.. three single guys... for rent at 650 a month..

so then this mexicant comes along and hes all crying and bitching he has family yadda yadda yadda in the end he got a fully furnished house dish washer fridge furniture washer and dryer and we lowered the rent to 500 figured its a family so it would be better off i.e. no parties an what not

its not what.. the ------- 8th and this ------- ------ still hasnt come up with the deposit or rent contract says 12 days.. i cant wait 4 more days, im going to ---- him over like he's never been fucked before

Man that's pretty shitty. One of the persons I'm living with clogged the toilet and kept shitting in it. He tried to flush it but it just overflowed. It sat for a good week or more without them calling maintenance. So I ended up calling, they unclogged it and left us a plunger. I should have realized that the ---- probably never tried plunging it. My own bathroom ftw.

Are you kidding? lol, that wouldn't have lasted a day in my house, he would have had a foot up his ass to help him out the door. Glad you got him out of there though.
