Its official....Ultra FBA
FULL BLOWN AIDS!
hehe, actually it was a compression test.
when the motor had 600 or less miles on it, it tested 210psi in all 4 cylinders (NA at the time). Now with about 8000 or so (maybe the last 2000 boosted) it tested 200-200-200-200. Not too bad. I figure its a little lower as the rings became more broken in.
Also rechecked my plug gap with some good feeler gauges. I originally set the gap with one of those cheesy disks that gets thicker as you rotate it, I hate those things. Oh yea and I changed my wipers too (like anyone cares)
Yesterday I finished repairing my oil leaks, and added the rear ES insert to the mounts. Those things don't really add any vibration to my car....odd. OH YEAH, and also I noticed while I was down there that out of the 3 bolts in the tranny T bracket on the transmission side, only 1 is left. Other two must have vibrated out. I wonder who I let tighten those...my friends suck. (lesson learned a long time ago to turn your own wrenches on everything)
anyways, cliffnotes for the lazy:
compression test good (200 x4)
and yay for not ending up with another one of these

haha, I know what you mean with those spark plug gappers. And I have had the same problem with those tranny bolts Mine weren't missing but one was wicked loose and ready to fall out one time. I was like, "good thing I caught that"
