I think I am fucked
my timing belt tensioner bolt broke off in the block while trying to remove it. it is so tight it wont come out it seems the owner of the engine before me put locktite on it. I think the only way is to pull the motor and drill the hole out and put a sleave in or coil to replace the thread I am so pissed.

You should have heated it up. Helicoil it, shouldn't be that bad.

after I broke it, welded a bolt to it 6 times, >:( and it just keep on breaking off more into the head

Mapp gas works in a regular propane torch, but it's a LOT hotter. An easy out is basically like a reverse drill bit (best way I can describe it). You drill a hole in the end of the bolt, as perpendicular to the bottom of the bolt as possible. You want it go to down the exact center of the bolt. Then you basically use a ---- load of heat, and start turning the easy out counter-clockwise, so it will tighten. As it tightens in, it "should" extract the bolt. As I said, head the ---- out of it, as red hot as you can, that should help.

If you already welded to it that bolt will be harder than ---- to drill, and its a holiday all over the world ::)

Get a hammer drill, get a tap, and a cobalt or someth'n drill bit and do it that way.

What did you weld it with? if you were able to get a tig torch up there to weld it, you can easly get a 90 degree drill and drill it out and tap it.
