well, just like this says. this last weekend my brother came down to my house in ga. and picked up my turbo 94 civic coupe to take it to mooresville, NC to do the body work, and some little motor work at the Nascar College. This morning he went outside, and it was gone. If your car's ever been stolen, something you've put so much blood, sweat, tears, and money into, its very emotional. I'm posting a link to pictures of the car, the parts, everything. I know they are. thats probably why the talon tsi awd didn't get stolen. it's a sleeper. what sucks about that area is theres chop shops, so i'll probably find the parts selling on ebay or something. but in that case, i have photo documentation of every single part on that car, and alot of under hood stuff was custom. Well, i'd sure appreciate anyone in the area of mooresville/charlotte to keep an eye out for my car. I"m driving up there to take the talon to my bro so he has a car. hope it dont get stolen too

yeah, i should get a good amount. i have pics of parts before/after install, and a reciept file totalling almost 16k. I'm happy if i get 5k out of it though, thats enough to finish my crx project.

i have the same tail lights and back bumper on my 92 civic
sory to hear man know how it feels had my 97 stolen. the car was estamated at 25,000 it was a show car. to make it worse no insurance. it was a garge car.

yeah i just finished totalling up my reciepts. $13,039.38 ! someones makin off good with this car. dammit, i had to send it off to be painted and have my body work done! oh well. I guess I'm in the market for a new car now though lol. i thinkin i need to get a civic hatch, or a crx.

no offense but if insurance gives you that much Id be soo happy if i was you. Theres almost no way youd ever get remotely close to that much if you ever wanted to sell it.

I didn't buy it off ebay, i built this car from stock. I'm now in mooresville, NC and i talked to the detective. they said that they think it was an asian gang from charlotte, they're investigating them for stealing hondas and running a chop shop. but the same night another civic was almost stolen in the same neighborhood, and they got fingerprints off that car. Hopefully it turns out to be the same idiot.

If you've got any serial numbers or anything written down from parts installed on it, or the VIN number, I'd turn that over to the police and let them know what to look for if it's been parted away from the car.

Well, found out some news. The car is probably in Statesville, NC, 20 min. drive from Mooresville. There's a asian gang called the Dragons, that are stealing cars. They busted two last night for stealing a honda, and tonight they busted a chop shop w/over 150 cars, or it was 150,000 dollars worth, cant remember. so may have found my car. My brother and I used street knowledge to get the cops all this info, and they finally are making progress. If you have a honda or acura in that area, be aware, that from sunday night, to tuesday afternoon, they had stolen 43 hondas/acuras! They bypass alarms and everything, full pro's, and from what everyone says, very dangerous. Keep a close eye on your ----!

Haha do they have dirtbikes with uzis to? Pretty smart to put your gang mark on the sides of your car.... good luck getting your car back / working with insurance. My car got totalled last Saturday (not at fault) so I know how it feels to lose your car... but I would be so much more pissed if someone stole it.

ah, i was very pissed, but not so much anymore. I was going to sell it anyway. But I just talked to an old buddy of mine who works for a company called Warrior Racing in Ohio, they have a bad ass honda that i think i might buy. I gotta pay alot out of pocket. its a nice 98 civic hatch, fully built. it was in HCI last summer (cant remember month). i'll post a pic of that if i go get it.

Well, this morning the Charlotte cops found my civic. It was completely stripped, with a green hood and red bumper on it, front end was smashed, back end was smashed, No interior, every aftermarket part was stripped off the car. They found it i think on wilkinson st or somethin like that, a neighborhood known for drug trafficking and theft.... I'll post the horror pics within the next day or so.

I have actually heard of the " Dragons". I work with a guy from statesville,NC and he was telling me about that guy with the yellow IS300 in the Dragons gang or whatever and how they have some pretty bad ass cars!
